Unlike cast wheels, which pour molten aluminum into a mold, Monoforged 2.0 wheels begin as a solid billet of aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum. Through a combination of intense pressure and controlled heat, we reshape the grain structure — not just the form — of the metal.

The result? A fine-grain, multi-directional structure that maximizes strength where it matters most — across the entire wheel, especially in high-stress zones.

What Makes Forging Superior:

  • No Porosity: Because the aluminum is never liquified, we eliminate voids and weak points common in casting.
