Shipping policy

Shipping Times 

For items that are in stock, it would typically take 1-3 business days to process and ship.

For specialty made to order products, such as metal armor that are manufactured in house, there is typically a lead time for production. These lead times may vary per product but the product page generally mentions what the expected lead time is for that item.  

Service Provider

For wheels and other medium sized packages, we typically use FedEx ground to ship. We find FedEx to be very efficient and reliable in transit with very accurate tracking. 

For small packages, it would ship with USPS first class mail or Priority mail. 

Larger bulk packages such as metal armor may at times require to ship by a specialized freight carrier. These shipping carriers will call the customer to arrange the best time and date for delivery once the package is picked up and in their possession. 

Order notifications & Tracking 

Once your order is shipped, you would automatically receive an email notification with a tracking number.
