Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been mounted or installed will NO longer be eligible for return.

To start a return, contact us at sales@rrwheels.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Clearance items are strictly final sale and non-refundable for any reason or at any time. No exceptions.
These items consist of wheels or metal parts that are the last in stock in our inventory. Items may not be a part of a full set of four wheels or may have slight cosmetic damage to the face or barrel of the wheel. Should there be any blemishes, we do our best to detail the minor defects of each product in the product description. Most items have signs of normal wear and tear or slight chipping. None of the Clearance items have severe damage and we would never sell items that would hinder the performance of your vehicle or put your safety in jeopardy. If you are looking for a spare, replacement or fifth wheel, take advantage of these great deals.
Financing is not available for Clearance / Final Sale items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Minor cosmetic and/or paint blemishes, especially those that are on the inner or outer barrel of the wheel and/or those that do not affect the performance of the part, will not be approved for any exchange or refund at any time. We offer Route Package Protection for all orders placed directly through our site. This is optional shipping insurance that can be added or removed on the cart page before your order is placed. We HIGHLY recommend adding insurance to your order. This will protect your order should it be lost or damaged during transit. Choosing to exclude the Route Package Protection from your order will disqualify it from receiving reimbursement or replacement. If your order is lost or damaged during transit and you have added Package Protection, please file a claim directly through their site at https://claims.route.com/.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items that have been used, mounted or installed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We typically see refunds processed in 2-3 business days.
For payments that were canceled within 1 day from ordering, the original charge may disappear since the payment was only authorized and not fully captured. In this case, a refund credit would not be required as the original charge was void.
Price Matches
Price matches will not be given to orders that have already been processed and/or shipped. Price matches will be determined on a case by case basis. Price matches will not be given to other retailers of RRW that may hold their own sales.
