Crafted from aerospace 6061-T6 Aluminum

Completely sealed uniball
Only we offer a billet UCA that fully seals the uniball, prolonging the life of the fastest wearing component. By keeping kevlar reinforcement PTFE liner free of debris and grime, its life is prolonged. 

CAD Designed and FEA Analyzed 
Using 3D scan data, we are able to reverse engineer the geometry and optimize it for lift. The geometry is configured for balanced comfort and performance both on and off road. Various versions of prototypes are made, installed, and analyzed to ensure correction of camber, caster and reduced bump steer.

Machining Details 
Large chamfer at inner radius increases clearance for the coil spring at full suspension droop.

  • SS304 precision machined misalignment spacers
  • 14mm G12.9 uniball through bolt (chrome plated) w/ nylon nut
  • Rubber dust boot, clamp and laser cut clamp plate
  • Billet dust clamp
  • 6mm hardware for pinch ends
