Monoforged 2.0 is here - Die Forged manufacturing brings affordability.

Elite Forged Strength. Unbeatable Price.

True Forged Performance, Now for Everyone. We set the standard for affordable, high-quality monoblock forged wheels. Now, with Monoforged 2.0, we’re raising the bar again-delivering the most advanced, efficient, and accessible forged wheels ever made.

The Technology: Forged for the Future

Closed Die Forging: The OEM Secret, Now in Your Wheels

  • What is Closed Die Forging?
The same process trusted by BMW and leading automakers for critical suspension parts. Our wheels are formed under immense pressure using precision dies, not poured like cast wheels.

  • Why It Matters:

    • Up to 80% less CNC time

    • Mass production efficiency-like stamping steel, but with 6061 aluminum

    • Consistent, superior strength and material quality

    • No long wait times-ready to ship, not made to order

How It Works:

Unlike cast wheels, which pour molten aluminum into a mold, Monoforged 2.0 wheels begin as a solid billet of aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum. Through a combination of intense pressure and controlled heat, we reshape the grain structure — not just the form — of the metal.

  1. Start with a billet of aerospace-grade 6061 aluminum

  2. Shape the wheel under thousands of tons of pressure in a closed die

  3. Flow-form the barrel for optimal strength and weight

  4. Minimal CNC finishing-less waste, more efficiency

Result:
A true forged wheel at a price that rivals cast.

A fine-grain, multi-directional structure that maximizes strength where it matters most — across the entire wheel, especially in high-stress zones.

What Makes Forging Superior:

  • No Porosity: Because the aluminum is never liquified, we eliminate voids and weak points common in casting.

  • Directional Grain Flow: Spin-forging the barrel creates a radial grain alignment, increasing impact resistance and load capacity.

  • One-Piece Integrity: With no welds, seams, or joints, structural reliability is dramatically improved — just like aerospace components.

  • Optimized Weight-to-Strength Ratio: Material is precisely removed where it’s not needed and reinforced where it is.

6061 Forged vs. A356 Cast: The Real Difference

  • 6061-T6 Forged Aluminum

    • No porosity, consistent strength

    • Superior elongation, fatigue, tension, and yield strength

    • Handles stress and impact without cracking

  • A356 Cast Aluminum

    • Prone to porosity and oxide inclusions

    • Lower strength, less fatigue resistance

    • Higher risk of cracking under stress

frequently asked questions

Yes, aftermarket lug nuts with a conical seat will need to be purchased separately. OEM lug nuts will not work.

OEM TPMS will work - the shop that installs your wheels should have an adapter available.

Yes, hybrid wheels can be used as is, without rings. Rings are not mandatory. If you later decide to add rings, you won't need to rebalance your wheels.

Yes, all of our wheels are street legal and DOT approved. The beadlock ring and mounting the wheel/tire as a beadlock is for offroad use only.

Yes, our wheels are hub-centric for most trucks (Tacoma, 4Runner, GX, 2nd Gen Tundra, F150, Colorado, Wrangler and Gladiator). For all other trucks, refer to our FAQ page for recommended hub ring sizes.

Yes, all wheels include ABS center caps. Billet caps are also offered as an upgrade and will work with all wheels.

Opt for the ring that you will use for its intended purpose. The primary function of the beadlock ring is to clamp the tire bead, which will leave a gap between the wheel and ring when not installed as designed.

It depends on setup. Is your truck lifted or stock height? Stock height trucks are best suited for +0 offset. The more negative the offset, the more the wheels will poke out past the fenders.

At this time, we only ship to the contiguous US States, Hawaii and Canada. For shipping inquiries outside of those regions, please reach out to our dealers Custom Offsets and Trail Built.
