COMPLETELY SEALED UNIBALL

Our billet UCA features an entirely sealed uniball, which extends the lifespan of the fastest-wearing component. Ensuring that the Kevlar-reinforced PTFE liner remains free from debris and grime is essential for its longevity.

CAD DESIGNED & FEA ANALYZED

Using 3D scan data, we reverse engineer the geometry and optimize it for lift. This optimized geometry creates balanced comfort and performance both on and off road. Several prototypes are made, fitted, and analyzed to ensure correction of camber, caster, reduce bump steer.

Yes, we sell replacement rubber boots here.

Ball joints are what factory UCA are equipped with and, while quiet and comfortable, they are not durable for offroad use and tend to wear prematurely. 

Conversely, uniballs, especially the large 1.25 or 1.5 inch ones that we use, are far superior in terms of durability and range of motion. Although uniballs are known to be noisy when dirt and debris begin wearing out the PTFE liner, our rubber dust boot completely seals the uniball away from these elements. This not only prevents noise, it also potentially extends the life of the uniball allowing it to outlast a standard ball joint.
