The hex closed-end ET (extended thread) lug nuts are our solution for Toyota truck owners that are looking for more thread engagement when installing aftermarket wheels. Toyota trucks are notorious for having short wheel studs, offering less than the recommended thread engagement. These closed-end hex head lug nuts have the appearance and look that many find appealing as well as the convenience of using a 19mm hex socket rather than worrying about finding a spline key when changing a flat on the trail.

Specifications

• Constructed of hardened Cold Forged Vanadium steel for maximum strength
• Salt spray tested and specially treated
• Resists corrosion, rust and paint chipping
• Our narrow hex type lug nuts are best suited for all of our wheels
• Closed end design protects the wheel studs from corrosion

• Closed end hex design with Knurled ends enables quick and easy installation and removal (with hex socket)
• Includes 24 lug nuts

Vehicle Fitment

14x1.5 ET: Toyota Tundra (2G and 3G), Toyota Tacoma (4G 2024+), 4Runner (6G 2024+), Lexus GX550, Ford Maverick, Jeep Wrangler / Gladiator

These lug nuts DO NOT fit the Toyota Tacoma (3G 2023-2016) or 4Runner (5G 2023-2010), GMC trucks or Ford F150

Why use ET:

It's a known issue that the Toyota trucks have short wheel studs. Upgrading to aftermarket wheels causes the lug seating to change to conical seating, which then results in less thread engagement than what the factory wheels and lug nuts can obtain.

The solution is to use our compatible ET (extended thread) lug nuts. The shank of the lug nuts fit snugly into the wheel's lughole, resulting in more thread engagement and a better peace of mind.

Another benefit is the wheels are now not only hub-centric, but also lug centric. Using ET lug nuts provides the same amount of wheel securement that a factory OEM wheel/lug nut setup would supply.

*All RRW wheels are compatible with ET lugs to offer more thread engagement

frequently asked questions

Yes, aftermarket lug nuts with a conical seat will need to be purchased separately. OEM lug nuts will not work.

OEM TPMS will work - the shop that installs your wheels should have an adapter available.

Yes, hybrid wheels can be used as is, without rings. Rings are not mandatory. If you later decide to add rings, you won't need to rebalance your wheels.

Yes, all of our wheels are street legal and DOT approved. The beadlock ring and mounting the wheel/tire as a beadlock is for offroad use only.

Yes, our wheels are hub-centric for most trucks (Tacoma, 4Runner, GX, 2nd Gen Tundra, F150, Colorado, Wrangler and Gladiator). For all other trucks, refer to our FAQ page for recommended hub ring sizes.

Yes, all wheels include ABS center caps. Billet caps are also offered as an upgrade and will work with all wheels.

Opt for the ring that you will use for its intended purpose. The primary function of the beadlock ring is to clamp the tire bead, which will leave a gap between the wheel and ring when not installed as designed.

It depends on setup. Is your truck lifted or stock height? Stock height trucks are best suited for +0 offset. The more negative the offset, the more the wheels will poke out past the fenders.
