Upgrading the UCA (upper control arm) is a must when leveling or lifting your front end by 2-3”. Our meticulously designed UCA's correct your geometry for the ultimate ride.

Specifications

  • Uniball (PTFE Kevlar reinforced) bearing completely sealed for long service life
  • Designed to maintain proper wheel alignment for 1.5in - 3in lift to prevent tire wear
  • Custom-plated 14mm uniball through-bolt (equal in strength to a 12-point bolt) safely clamps the entire outboard bearing assembly directly to the upright - less chance of failure than 2-piece designs
  • Allows full lock-to-lock tire clearance throughout the suspension travel
  • Each inner rod-end has two bolts per side clamp for safety
  • Each rod-end bolt has a nylock nut - no threaded holes to strip
  • The inner rod-end clamps are fully radiuses inside and out - which means no sharp corners that might cause stress cracks
  • FEA analyzed for 10,000-pound side impact loads
  • Finished in Type II Anodize

Completely sealed uniball
Only we offer a billet UCA that fully seals the uniball, prolonging the life of the fastest wearing component. By keeping kevlar reinforcement PTFE liner free of debris and grime, its life is prolonged. 

CAD Designed and FEA Analyzed 
Using 3D scan data, we are able to reverse engineer the geometry and optimize it for lift. The geometry is configured for balanced comfort and performance both on and off road. Various versions of prototypes are made, installed, and analyzed to ensure correction of camber, caster and reduced bump steer.

 

Machining Details 
Large chamfer at inner radius increases clearance for the coil spring at full suspension droop.

Yes, aftermarket lug nuts with a conical seat will need to be purchased separately. OEM lug nuts will not work.

OEM TPMS will work - the shop that installs your wheels should have an adapter available.

Yes, hybrid wheels can be used as is, without rings. Rings are not mandatory. If you later decide to add rings, you won't need to rebalance your wheels.

Yes, all of our wheels are street legal and DOT approved. The beadlock ring and mounting the wheel/tire as a beadlock is for offroad use only.

Yes, our wheels are hub-centric for most trucks (Tacoma, 4Runner, GX, 2nd Gen Tundra, F150, Colorado, Wrangler and Gladiator). For all other trucks, refer to our FAQ page for recommended hub ring sizes.

Yes, all wheels include ABS center caps. Billet caps are also offered as an upgrade and will work with all wheels.

Opt for the ring that you will use for its intended purpose. The primary function of the beadlock ring is to clamp the tire bead, which will leave a gap between the wheel and ring when not installed as designed.

It depends on setup. Is your truck lifted or stock height? Stock height trucks are best suited for +0 offset. The more negative the offset, the more the wheels will poke out past the fenders.
