Order Processing Time

It all depends on the volume of orders, but the lead time is generally 1-3 business days to process and pack your order. Note items that are made to order or have individualized lead times will take longer. Please be patient and allow sufficient time to securely package your order, so it can safely arrive to your door. We ship using FedEx Home Delivery/Ground, unless otherwise noted. For orders shipping outside the continental USA, we require additional time to process your order.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days, subject to our return policy. Some products have different return policies, such as Open Box, clearance, custom items, demo, and closeout items. To qualify for a return, items must be new, unused, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the order date. We only accept returns on wheels and metal parts that have NOT been mounted or installed. Any wheels or metal parts that have been mounted or installed are considered used and CANNOT be refunded or returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer must take all responsibility for return shipping cost, and the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Non-negotiable. Custom items are final sale. Open Box, Clearance, Demo, and Closeout items do not qualify for returns or exchanges at any time.
