Recently we had Ryan come in with his Dodge Ram 1500 that he takes out camping, hunting, and exploring with. His intentions were to build an incognito camping vehicle that also was capable of taking him anywhere, and ensuring he gets there without issues. He also wanted a flush fitment that gave his truck a bit more of an aggressive stance, as opposed to the stock wheels which made it look like his truck had just skipped leg day.
We decided theRR5-V 17x8.5 +0 was the perfect choice to fit the truck and give it an aggressive stance, yet keep the ride looking clean and not too flashy. The 2500lb load rating ensures he’ll get where he’s going without issues, and the Falken AT3 Wildpeak LT285/75R17tires we paired with it will give him the traction to do so.
League Automotive, our preferred install shop in the Southern California area, took on the Big Horn and set him up with the wheels and tires, and set up talks about getting the next step, a lift kit, installed on his rig soon. With the ability to conquer anything that stands between him and the next hunt, Ryan is pleased and excited to head out with his new wheelset and create some memories.
